As I said in an earlier comment about Harvey's copyedit of one of my complete works, money well spent. I first sent him an opening for copyedit. It convinced me to send a complete work, and I was not disappointed. Money well spent - oh, I said that already. If you can't afford the full price, spend the 15 bucks on your opening. The scales will be removed from your eyes, believe me.

True funny "suck at something" story.

A new guy was learning to be a correctional officer at a facility on the show "Jail." They brought in a drunk who was trying to spit on everyone, so the supervisor told the new guy to go get a net cap. The new guy came back WEARING the net cap and everyone cracked up. I'm sure the trainee did better the next time, but he sure sucked the first time. And this was on cable TV.

That ranks up there with sending a young Marine off to get a saddle for guard mount or to go cut six feet of flight line, etc. Tons of fun.
