Sigh. Send me your hospital bill, but I ain't payin' for the ambulance. :-)
I also have exercise enduced asthma and excessive laughing can me it hard to breathe XD

I just quick-timed it over to Saxo and discovered I have books there, too. I nave no idea how they got there, but I'm happy.
I just checked to see if it was a pirate site, and it's not. It's probably part of Amazon's extended distribution.
I found one of hubby's books there, and one anthology that I'm in.
No, I knew immediately it wasn't a pirate site. Most of those give them away free.
I don't participate in Amazon's extended distribution. I don't see Saxo on Smashwords' extended list, either. One more book site in Denmark for English books and Danish speakers, I guess.
I don't either as far as I know, but I'm publishing only ebooks. Those are in around 500 stores and 1200 (or more) libraries around the world.
