Echoes of Hemingway
I spent much of yesterday doing the layout and formatting for the Echoes of Hemingway anthology. I think it's gonna be great.
Today I'm looking at stock photos. When I have a cover and a promo doc finished and I'm ready to publish the thing, I'll announce everything here.
But read on. All early proceeds will go to the TRUE PULP anthology Kickstarter.
TRUE PULP ANTHOLOGY PUSH
I did this a few days ago, but I forgot to add the link. (grin)
ANYONE who donates at least $20 to the True Pulp Kickstarter will receive your choice of
EITHER the complete, 10-volume set of The Journey Home SF Saga (a $35 value)
OR the Nonfiction Omnibus PLUS Writing Better Fiction (a $34 value).
And if you donate at least $35, you get both (a $69 value).
Additionally, if you contribute $10 (or $10 more if you’ve already contributed) to the TRUE PULP Kickstarter, you can choose between
either my pulp-noir 10-story collection Mobster Tales free in .pdf, .mobi, and .epub
OR the Echoes of Hemingway anthology, also delivered in .pdf, .mobi, and .epub.
And if you donate $20, you get both!
Here’s the description of Mobster Tales:
This 10-story collection runs the gamut from the hokey to the humorous, the wannabes to the would’a-beens, the chilling to the childish to the deadly serious.
There are 8 stories from Harvey and 2 from his borderline psychotic persona, Eric Stringer. If you enjoy some grit and noir, come along for some fun.
Here's the description of Echoes of Hemingway:
The 20 stories in this anthology cross the genres from noir to action-adventure to literary to science fiction to fantasy and more.
The anthology features 13 authors from bestsellers to prizewinning prolific professional storytellers to amateurs. And every story had its seed in a story or novel by Ernest Hemingway.
You don't want to miss this collection.

Whatever you believe, unreasoning fear and the myths that outlining, revising, and rewriting will make your work better are lies. They will always slow your progress as a writer or stop you cold. I will never teach the myths on this blog.
Writing fiction should never be something that stresses you out. It should be fun. On this blog I teach Writing Into the Dark and adherence to Heinlein’s Rules. Because of WITD and because I endeavor to follow those Rules I am a prolific professional fiction writer. You can be too.

Thanks for linking my Elmore Leonard piece. After his western short stories, I can't wait to read his novel length westerns. I can't wait to read the Hemingway anthology. Great concept.
Good links! I have not experienced problems on Facebook yet but good to know!
